TacticalShopUSA.com (Havash, LLC) wants you to be very pleased with your purchase, but if for some reason you are not, we provide a 10 day money back guarantee on most products and services purchased, except special order items and Pepper Spray,  Full refund will be give Less shipping charges* and restocking fees of 15%, unless the product has a manufacturing defect, then it will replaced or exchanged. Absolutely no returns on pepper spray or special order items..

Limited Return Policy
Batteries, transformers, and wire cannot be returned.  Furthermore, clearance items are sold as is and cannot be returned or exchanged for another product unless found immediately defective.  If the product is defective upon receipt the customer may elect to receive store credit.

 

The returns procedure is as follows:

You must notify us by phone or email within 10 day of receiving your order, describing the reason for the return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and full instructions for returning the order to us. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. The customer will be responsible for all costs involved in returning the order to us including, but not limited to packaging, shipping, delivery confirmation, and insurance. We strongly recommend that you track and insure your return. If items are lost, stolen, or damaged before we receive them, you will not receive your refund. If you change your mind and suddenly do not want your order anymore we can cancel the order but there is a 15% restocking fee. Shipping is also not refundable. We do not accept returns on pepper spray or pepper spray guns.
